Service Technician :Job Description: - Identify mechanical problems and electrical problems. - Test parts and systems to ensure that they are working properly. - Follow checklists to ensure that all critical parts are examined. - Perform basic care and maintenance, including changing oil, giving tuneups, checking fluid levels, and rotating tires. - Repair or replace worn parts, such as brake pads and wheel bearings. - Disassemble and reassemble parts. - Use testing equipment to ensure that repairs and maintenance are effective. - Explain to clients their automotive problems and the repairs done on their vehicles. - Educate and Train the customer regarding the "Best Practices" in using the vehicle. Customer Service Advisor

  • Interact with customers to know the nature of their automotive problems.
  • Handle telephone and personal inquiries from customers.
  • Test drive vehicles with customers to understand the problems in vehicles.
  • Prepare a list of problems, the estimates and the time taken to complete the repairs.
  • Secure agreement from customers while taking over their vehicles for repairs.
  • Advise customers on taking care of their vehicles totally trouble-free at zero-maintenance costs.
  • Provide customers the maintenance menu, tips and techniques on maintaining their vehicles.
  • In case of additional repairs, inform the customers promptly.
  • Deliver repaired vehicles to customers on time.
  • Adhere to company safety standards, policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a Automotive Service Support or similar role
  • Hands-on experience with customer service, automotive environments
  • Good understanding of automobile spares and service process and other automotive products
  • Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues
  • Familiarity with computers, internet and google sheets and invoice software
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal
  • Graduate/ITI in automotive/mechanical/electrical relevant field

Job Types: Full-time, Walk-In
